A big wasp that I found in my bathroom a few weeks ago.
I think it's a queen- it was big, and out very early in the year. I think there was a nest in my house last summer, but I can't be sure. They were flying in and out somewhere near my room (but hardly ever ended up inside).
Anyway, I caught it in the clear plastic lid of a toothpaste container and took it outside.
This photo seemed arty.
Trivia: Bee stings are acidic, but wasp stings are alkaline.
